If you are not satisfied with any product please let us know. If possible, we will exchange or refund the item. 
We ask that you contact us within 20 days of receiving the unsatisfactory item.

How are CDs and books shipped?

We are currently shipping only to the USA!
 
The cost of shipping is included in the CD or book cost.
 
We ship to the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service). We generally ship within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. 
 
If you are placing a rush order, please send a note to carl@carl-peterson.com before you checkout.
 
We regret that we are no longer able to ship internationally. 
This is due to the exorbitantcosts, as well as maddening issues we continue to have trying to ship across borders, no matter what shipping company we use.
